Looking for a cool, simple, inexpensive, Halloween idea? These DIY ghost candles are your ticket. DIY Halloween decorations cannot get easier than this. Really. I love something that takes me just minutes to make (well, in this case it’s seconds) and looks really unique.
I picked up these tall white candles for 50 cents each at the dollar store. You can find these almost everywhere (even the grocery store). Then, I simply drew different ghost faces on each candle with a black Sharpie. In about 10 seconds I had and the perfect DIY halloween decorations–ghosts! Sooooo simple! (and it only costs $3.00!)

I’m a little obsessed with always having fresh flowers around and having fresh blooms for special occasions is a non-negotiable in my book. So when I learned about Blooms By The Box and their wholesale flower delivery I was really eager to try out their services. They promised fresh flowers at affordable prices and boy did they deliver! Their DIY 4th of July Backyard Party Pack arrived and was gorgeous!
My box arrived meticulously packaged (and cool!) full of White Cushion Mums, Red Fancy Carnations, and the most stunning Dark Blue Delphiniums. I decided to put together a couple centerpieces — one for a little party decor and the other to give as a hostess gift.
One of my secrets is to make super cute desserts that look like they took a lot of effort. These Valentine’s Day desserts took 15 minutes tops and put a huge smile on my girls’ faces when they got home from school. They are super simple to make!

Prepare graham cracker crumbs as directed and press into the bottom of a small dish. Prepare pudding and pour on top of crumbs. Top with your favorite M&Ms and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

Even if you don’t love Valentine’s Day, you can still love this champagne cocktail. It has all the trademarks of a good Valetnine’s day date … it’s sweet, eye catching, and will make you happy. What more could a girl want?
With two ingredients: Berry Champagne and St. Germain Liqueur this cocktail couldn’t get much simpler. Not even a shaker required which makes it a simple cocktail to serve while entertaining. I recommend placing the bottles on a bar cart or other beverage station so guests can help themselves.
