Warm, flaky and filled with melty chocolate? Yep. This Valentine’s Day dessert will have you weak at the knees. These Pepperidge Farm puff pastry hearts make a great Valentine’s Day dessert or even breakfast treat. Just a few ingredients, a few minutes in the oven and you’ll be ready to enjoy.
Chocolate Filled Pastry Hearts
Ingredients: Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, Hershey Kisses, melted butter
To make: Using a cookie cutter, cut hearts from the puff pastry (two hearts will make one heart puff). On one heart, unwrap and place a Hershey Kiss. Next, place another heart on top of the kiss and “seal” them together by lightly pressing a fork along the edges. Brush the top of the heart with melted butter. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until hearts are puffy and golden brown.

Last month’s winning comment was from Sharron who wrote: I’m super in to blue cheese right now so I think I would do a steak and blue cheese twist or pinwheel with the puff pastry. (Sharon this sounds amazing!)
