One of my secrets is to make super cute desserts that look like they took a lot of effort. These Valentine’s Day desserts took 15 minutes tops and put a huge smile on my girls’ faces when they got home from school. They are super simple to make!
All you’ll need is graham cracker crumbs, fudge or chocolate pudding and M&Ms. By the way can we discuss the new cherry flavored M&M’s? They are soooo good. I may have eaten a fewthe whole bag.
Heart Pudding Pies
Prepare graham cracker crumbs as directed and press into the bottom of a small dish. Prepare pudding and pour on top of crumbs. Top with your favorite M&Ms and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Warm, flaky and filled with melty chocolate? Yep. This Valentine’s Day dessert will have you weak at the knees. These Pepperidge Farm puff pastry hearts make a great Valentine’s Day dessert or even breakfast treat. Just a few ingredients, a few minutes in the oven and you’ll be ready to enjoy. (more…)
Even if you don’t love Valentine’s Day, you can still love this champagne cocktail. It has all the trademarks of a good Valetnine’s day date … it’s sweet, eye catching, and will make you happy. What more could a girl want?
With two ingredients: Berry Champagne and St. Germain Liqueur this cocktail couldn’t get much simpler. Not even a shaker required which makes it a simple cocktail to serve while entertaining. I recommend placing the bottles on a bar cart or other beverage station so guests can help themselves.

Looking for something cute and sweet to whip for your little Valentine or to serve at your Valentine’s Day party? We’ve shared several Valentine’s Day cupcakes (and even an adult only version) but today we’re loving these super simplecookie pops!
Aren’t they cute?!
Recently, the nice folks at Wrigley Candy Co. sent me a huge box of sweet surprises. Think… all the good stuff — Skittles, Starburst, Lifesavers, + gum galore! Besides snacking like crazy (someone please come take this candy away from me) I’ve been playing with fun new recipes like this one.
What I used:
-Mini sugar cookies (these are store bought even, see — simple!)
-Red & Pink Skittles
-White lollipop sticks
*note – you may have to eat all other colors of Skittles in order to isolate the red & pink. It’s okay, just go ahead and eat them all.
What I did:
-Used frosting to attach to cookies together, placing the stick in the middle (like a sandwich)
-Put more frosting on one top of the cookie
-Placed the Skittles on the frosting for the decoration
I placed my completed cookie pops in this perfectly sizes Blumebox and covered the pop insert with more Skittles.
What do you think, could cookie pops be the next cake pop? I’m a much bigger cookie fan, so I’d be okay with that ;).
I received candy from Wrigley to complete this post. However, all thoughts & opinions are my own.
Looking for a simple cocktail to serve your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day? Or just something decadent to try yourself? You’ll love this simple Chocolate Martini.
-3 oz Chocolate Raspberry Vodka (I used Godiva)
-Raspberries for Garnish
*Swirl chocolate syrup in the martini glass and place in the freezer. this lets the chocolate set up so it doesn’t mix in immediately when you pour in the vodka. Once set, shake vodka over ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with raspberries.
